From now on, you can participate in a contest.
Prizes for winning a contest might be custom ranks,temporary special perimissions,or other awards.
New topics with [Contest] in the title are contests.
Users can only create contest with permission of an admin or a mod.
Future rules might be added.

Go to make a topic, and near where it says Options, under Dices Roll, it says, Normal/Sticky/Announcement.
